Storage Advice
Our units are often used for storing various goods and household items. We always recommend that items are not placed directly on the floor but on wooden pallets or equivalent as we cannot be responsible for damage caused by adverse weather conditions.
Maintenance
Your garage, including door locking mechanism, will be in perfect working order when you begin your tenancy. If this is not the case please notify us a.s.a.p. It will be your responsibility to occasionally oil the lock and mechanism in order to ensure it's smooth running.
